Who do I contact if my client experiences technical difficulties with the AWARE or MoodRing apps?

For any questions regarding technical difficulties with the AWARE or MoodRing apps, please use the Submit Support Request form at the bottom of this page to reach out to the research team.

What should I do if my client is experiencing a crisis?

MoodRing is not a crisis app and should not be used for such purposes. Since MoodRing is a research trial, research staff will be monitoring text entered into the app for safety concerns. Please continue to conduct safety assessments as per your clinical practice. The app and this FAQ site include links to crisis resources.
